State Aid Solicitor – Part-Time

We have an opportunity to join a non-departmental public body as a part-time State Aid Solicitor. The role will be arranged on a three day a week basis. The ideal candidate will be able to commit to a one year fixed term contract.  

The client is looking for a qualified solicitor, with relevant experience of State Aid law. Ideally, they will find someone with experience in the charity or public sector. There will be training and external support.

The post holder will be responsible for advising the organisation on issues arising from State Aid law, and identifying state aid risk in the work they undertake.
