Business Systems Support Analyst

Our client is an award-winning international law firm that can trace it roots to the late 1800s. Perhaps uniquely among major firms, they have retained a major client from this time. The firm now has a global reach spanning Europe, Africa, Asia, Middle East and Latin America. 

They are looking to hire a Support Analyst to join the Business Systems team. This role will be on a 2 year fixed term contract. 

Responsibilities

Support the firm’s business systems.

Assist on the improvements, development and integration of the firm's practice management system.

Extract data and assist with the production of reports for internal and external purposes.

Review and action data integrity for the PMS system and solve related issues.

Create and maintain system configuration and process documentation for business systems.

Assist in the delivery of system training for new employees. 

Create and provide handover documentation upon completion of projects.

Candidate Profile

Excellent knowledge of Elite Enterprise.

Good knowledge of SQL, SSRS and Cognos. 

Professional manner, appropriate for a commercial law firm.

Confident and clear communication with people at all levels of the business hierarchy.

Able to manage time effectively.

Proactive nature, able to structure own work and work solo when required.
