Residential Conveyancer wanted for excellent opportunity with one of the UK's leading Property firms..

Due to an expanding workload, my client is seeking a reliable and dedicated Conveyancer to join the team.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in residential conveyancing and the ability to work with minimal supervision whilst delivering the highest levels of service. Experience of dealing with clients and their estate agents is essential along with a high level of computer literacy and ideally experience of using case management systems.

This vacancy is suitable for a Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive, Licensed Conveyancer, Fee Earner or paralegal and we are happy to consider people at all levels. You should be fully experienced in purchases, sales and mortgage transactions and have a minimum of 4 months experience either managing a caseload or in a support role.
