The Role
An exciting opportunity for a dynamic Property Lawyer to join our clients’ flourishing practice in Leicester. Becoming part of a growing team, the successful Lawyer will manage a varied caseload incorporating residential and commercial property transactions, with a bias towards the former. The ideal Lawyer will have additional expertise in Matrimonial matters and/or a client following to bring to the firm. Offering a high level of autonomy and encouraging involvement in business development activities, this role is offered on a flexible basis.

The Candidate
You must be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with a minimum of 2 years’ PQE gained within a reputable Property department.
You must have excellent technical skills with a broad range of expertise.
Additional experience in Family law and/or a following of clients would be highly advantageous.
Business development experience is essential for the position.
You will be client-focused with first class interpersonal and negotiation skills.
You will be able to manage a full caseload with minimal supervision.
You will be driven, commercially aware and seeking to further your career within a progressive practice.
