Black Country
A firm who have strong roots within the Black Country are seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor to bolster its team.
Our client is seeking to appoint a Commercial Property Solicitor due to the steady growth of their Commercial department.
You will work alongside a Partner and Senior Solicitor but you must be able to hit the ground running with minimum supervision. You will be working on behalf of a range of individuals to charities, SMEs and PLCs within the Black Country and Birmingham.
You will be expected to deal with your own varied caseload to include sales, purchases and development work.
Our client is very open to seeing local candidates with around 1-5 years’ experience. The firm are professional but offer a relaxed and friendly working environment where client care is paramount.
