Senior Planning Consultant - £30,000-£38,000 – Leicester

National Law firm, with an established Leicester office, seek to recruit a senior planning consultant into their highly regarded real estate team.

You will provide high quality advice and guidance on a wide range of planning and development issues. The planning matters will be of various types and scale from small household developments to large, complex, multidisciplinary development projects. The firm act on behalf of major housing developers, manufacturers, household retailers, local authorities, and agricultural businesses.

You will have at least 2 years’ experience in planning within local government, private consultancy, or the development industry. You will be a chartered planner or have an accredited qualification from the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI). Candidates without RTPI membership should be working towards one and should have undertaken some relevant training within this discipline. All candidates must have a firm understanding of planning process and systems.
