Health and Safety Solicitor

Sue Ross Legal is assisting in the recruitment of a Health and Safety Solicitor on behalf of our client, an international law firm to work in their Sheffield office.

The ideal candidate will be around 2-4 years qualified specialising in Defence Health and Safety and/or Criminal Regulatory work as we would expect candidates at that level to have dealt with the level of work this role provides, however; candidates at all levels will be considered.   Applications from Qualified Solicitors, Foreign Qualified Solicitors and CILEX qualified lawyers would be welcomed.

You will be working on a varied client base with matters including manslaughter/corporate manslaughter and regulatory.  You will also have strong advocacy skills in order to represent clients at inquests and public inquiries.
