A fantastic City based US law firm is looking to recruit a new Senior Business Development Coordinator, responsible for organising a range of BD activities within the London office, , in this role you will be to working alongside one other BD Executive where you will divide the London office’s practice areas between the two of you. Responsibilities will include coordinating and drafting pitches/requests for proposals, undertaking client and market research, maintaining internal content management systems, updating the Firm’s public website, diary management and administration support the for wider BD team, developing and updating marketing materials for individual practice groups, liaising with the Graphics team and external printers to develop event materials, planning and hosting client facing events and seminars, maintaining client contact information through InterAction, collaborating with the Client Database team to develop targeted mailing lists for events, compiling event feedback, providing support to Attorneys preparing for seminars and webinars, assisting with submissions to legal ranking directories, communicating with the press and third party publications and any other ad hoc duties as required. Candidates should have excellent communication skills and be comfortable working within a fast-paced environment. Applicants should also be educated to a degree level, with experience in Marketing and BD coordinating within a City law firm. Standard hours are 9.30am to 5.30pm, however a flexible attitude is required as there may occasionally be the need for overtime.
