Commercial Property Solicitor

Our client an established law firm is seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor to join them on a permanent basis.  

The successful candidate will be required to handle a broad range of Commercial Property files with little to no supervision. The current caseload is mainly in relation to local businesses and industrial units and commercial agents, including some development work.

This position offers a number of perks such as fantastic work life balance, high level of autonomy, unlimited progression opportunities, your own office and highly experienced secretarial support. A part time arrangement (minimum three days per week) can also be considered for the right candidate.

This medium sized practice has a truly great work atmosphere which has translated into an incredibly low turnover rate and a great reputation amongst clients. The majority of the law firms work comes from repeat customers and referrals, so minimal business development is needed, though it is highly encouraged.
