Residential Property Conveyancer
Chambers listed Legal 500 law firm with 2 offices in the Thames Valley are seeking a Residential Conveyancer to join the current team in Wokingham.
The ideal candidate will be a Solicitor, FILEX or Licensed Conveyancer with experience in dealing with a mix of Residential Property work including:
** leasehold & freehold
** sales & purchases
** new builds & plot sales
The firm are accredited by the Law Society with the Conveyancing Quality Scheme in recognition of the high levels of service, expertise and quality they provide to their residential property clients. You will be required to have a excellent IT and organisational skills and be able to use a Case Management System.
