Family / Childcare Solicitor

Our client is a strong Family and Criminal practice with 3 branches.  They have an opening for a Family Solicitor for their Kent/SE London branch to deal with a broad mix of privately funded work along with legal aid childcare cases. Excellent transport links situated opposite the station.

The role

• You will be working unsupervised within the busy Family Department handling a caseload of Divorce, Contact, Ancillary Relief, Domestic Violence and Childcare cases. 
• You will have the assistance of a trainee solicitor.

The candidate

• The successful candidate will have at least 3 years’ solid family experience along with a proven track record of dealing with privately funded family work and legal aid childcare work.
• You must have a strong client focus and experience of dealing with complicated and sensitive cases.
• You will also have an ability and willingness to get actively involved in marketing and business development.
