Regulatory Defence Solicitor

Douglas Scott Legal Recruitment are now recruiting for a Regulatory Defence Solicitor to join our client's award-winning team to be based in their Manchester office. The successful candidate will have between 2 and 6 years' PQE.

Working alongside a Partner, who is the leading Health and Safety specialist in England and Wales, this is a unique opportunity to progress your career within a friendly, market-leading team. You will ideally have gained experience within a similar firm background, and this will span a mixed regulatory defence background including but not limited to Health and Safety, Trading Standards and Food Safety.

The successful candidate will have a strong academic background coupled with sound technical knowledge. You must also be commercially aware and keen to become involved in business development. There will be some travel involved for client visits and court appointments.

Salary will be negotiable and dependent on experience, and there is an excellent benefits package on offer.
