Commercial Litigation Solicitor

I am leading a very exciting opportunity to join a highly recognised Commercial Dispute Resolution team. They offer a fantastic work life balance culture, career prospect structure and salary offering for the right person. The role will comprise of a mixture of litigation caseload:

• Contractual disputes
• Advising on commercial settlements
• Pursuit of professional negligence claims against professional advisors
• Pursuing or defending property disputes and commercial disputes including the issue of County Court or High Court proceedings
