Legal practice requires a Commercial Property Solicitor in Greater Manchester.

The Role
Our client is seeking to recruit a Commercial Property Solicitor for their Manchester office. The position is offered on a permanent full-time basis and will be suitable for a Solicitor with 3 or more years’ experience in commercial property matters. The role will be handling a caseload of commercial property matters including buying and selling property, business sales, planning permission, landlord and tenant issues and lease extensions. There will be a competitive salary package for the right candidate.
The Candidate
You will be a qualified Solicitor
You must have at least 3 years PQE.
You will have solid experience in commercial property matters.
