Your new role
A 2-4 year PQE Corporate Commercial role, joining the firms highly successful corporate commercial department. In this role, the successful candidate will provide advice to the firms clients on a variety of corporate and commercial matters, notably, drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, general corporate work including restructuring , shareholders agreements, joint ventures and limited liability.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be a 2-4 PQE Lawyer with previous experience of corporate commercial work, from an equally leading law firm. You will have worked on high value matters with organisations, businesses and individuals across a variety of sectors. You will possess the necessary gravitas to build client relationships, liaising with key stakeholders.
