I am currently recruiting for a Residential Conveyancer a well-established multi-office law firm offering a range of services to business and individual clients. This role has arisen due to the firm seeing a significant growth allowing them to expand into new office locations including Newcastle where a new team will sit. The workload and will require you to manage a caseload of residential conveyancing files. Working within the CQS protocol, you will handle your own caseload of sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years recent residential conveyancing experience whether that be as a qualified solicitor, licensed conveyancer, fee earner or legal executive. You will form part of an existing team of experienced Conveyancers who will provide a supportive working environment for you whilst you work under minimum supervision.
My client is a well established and highly regarded firm and is a key player in the market who are expanding into Newcastle.This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join a reputable, modern and progressive firm and salary is dependent on experience up to £35k.
