RTA PI Fee Earner

BRAND NEW ROLE - JANUARY 2017 - A well-established Merseyside based litigation practice is looking to hire an experienced PI lawyer for a pure RTA based caseload. Dealing with liability and quantum, inside and outside of the MOJ Portal as necessary (mainly outside). Value up to £25,000 for personal injury. No credit hire or vehicle repairs involved.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced Solicitor, Legal Executive or Paralegal with an interest in joining the firm's RTA Team.

The firm in question is willing to offer very competitive salaries to attract the very best talent in the North West. What they expect in return is a degree of technical expertise when it comes to the CPR and quantum.

Applicants from either a Claimant or Defendant background will be considered provided they are robust no nonsense litigators.

It is essential that applicants have a previous track record of running a litigated RTA caseload. Salary up to £40,000 plus bonus and overtime!
