In order to be considered for this opportunity you will ideally have:

- A strong academic background preferably gained from either the UK / US / Australia

- Fluency in English (Arabic is not a prerequisite for this role)

- A minimum of 2 years post qualification experience

- Previous law firm experience

Your experience should include expertise in researching and conducting due diligence, preparing and drafting agreements, negotiating contracts, restructuring and a high level of confidence in large scale mergers & acquisitions.

Those with a genuine interest in exploring multiple industry sectors are encouraged to apply as the firm is invested in diversifying its client base as widely as possible.

The firm itself is entrenched in the Middle East legal market which has directly resulted in their excellent reputation for the work they conduct. This is a key hire for my client so we are looking to attract some exceptional Corporate legal professionals.
