Commercial Property Lawyer

Commercial Property Lawyer required for a Local Authority based in Lincolnshire for an initial period of 6 months.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Commercial Property Lawyer to join a highly supportive and friendly team on a locum basis.

The ideal candidate will have experience dealing with a full range of commercial property work including:

• Sales
• Easements
• Leases
• Transactional property services

The client is ideally looking for the Commercial Property Lawyer to work full-time. However, part-time hours may be considered for the right candidate.

The role is for 6 months initially although there is the possibility of an extension thereafter.

Experience within a Local Authority is desirable, although Commercial Property Lawyers with extensive experience within private practice are also encouraged to apply.

The council is easily accessible from throughout Lincolnshire by either car of public transport.
