Intellectual Property & Technology Lawyer 3+ PQE- 12 Month Fixed Term Contract: Glasgow/ Edinburgh

Leading commercial law firm is looking to hire an IP and Technology lawyer to join their market-leading team on an initial 12 month fixed term role. The position will be based in Glasgow, however candidates who are Edinburgh based are also invited to apply as there is potential flexibility on office location. 

Role Profile:

This is a non-contentious role working across a range of sectors, both in the UK and internationally, with particular depth of expertise in fashion, branding, IT, life sciences, e-business and a Scottish IP dispute resolution / litigation practice. The team has a strong client base with a strong portfolio of brands and intellectual property. 

Candidate Requirements:

The ideal candidate will be an excellent technical commercial contract drafter and will have experience of Intellectual Property and Information Technology law. Some exposure to providing advice on data protection and corporate assist work would be advantageous.  In addition to the technical competencies you will be able to work well in a team.
