Rullion have partnered with a business processing organisation based in Central London. Operating across a variety of different sectors including technology, healthcare public sector, banking to name a few they are looking to recruit a Commercial Solicitor to support their legal department.

With a European and Global presence they are looking for a commercially aware Solicitor who can support the EMEA/Global areas of the business in relation to their commercial contracts. This is a broad and varied position and offers support to the wider group and commercial teams.

Being based in Central London with the opportunity of remote working the ideal Commercial Solicitor will join a forward thinking, dynamic Legal department who is at the heart of this business.

You will handle a wide caseload of commercial matters and be involved in making commercial decisions which will hugely impact the business. You will be required to review, amend, and negotiate a range of complex commercial contracts and agreements, as well as handling due diligence, tender reviews, compliance, data protection, regulatory and risk issues. You will advise the business on a range of legal issues including litigation, intellectual property, and legislation changes.

Open to PQE Level, candidates from both In-house departments and Private Practice will be considered. Key to this role is proven exposure in handling a broad range of commercial contracts who are commercially aware and had exposure to a broad role.
