Our client is a Legal 500 firm based in Berkshire who are seeking an experienced Employment Solicitor 4+ years PQE Solicitor to join there expanding Employment team.
 
The firm are offering work which will involve dealing with a mixed caseload of contentious and non contentious issues acting for some claimant but mostly respondent clients. The role will involve giving day to day advice on disciplinary and grievances, managing sickness absence, TUPE transfers and conducting redundancy programmes and restrictions.
 
An interest in dispute resolution, with a range of employment litigation experience (including advocacy in the Tribunals), would also be desirable. The ideal candidate will have experience ideally from a recognised London or regional practice, good contract employment law skills and knowledge, and a strong academic record (2.1 degree is a minimum requirement).
 
Aspirational candidates with an interest marketing and business development is key.
