Are you a Clinical Negligence Solicitor looking to join one of the country’s leading Top 20 law firms?
My client’s award winning clinical negligence department boasts an impressive public and private sector client base to include the NHSLA, MDU and NHS Trusts and the firm has a clear commitment to healthcare litigation.
Working within a large, professional team you will be responsible for your own caseload of pre-litigated and litigated complex clinical negligence cases across a broad range of areas to include oncology, paediatrics, cerebral palsy and surgery. In addition, you will be actively involved in business development and contributing articles for publication.
To benefit from this opportunity, you will be a qualified Solicitor (NQ+) or Associate with solid defendant clinical negligence/healthcare litigation experience, preferably gained within an NHSLA panel law firm. You will also be able to demonstrate a clear understanding of the NHS and knowledge of delivering against protocols and KPIs.
Applications will also be considered from solicitors with claimant clinical negligence or defendant personal injury experience and an excellent academic record.
