Admin Assistant – Risk Department – Birmingham
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an admin assistant to join a top tier, highly-regarded law firm to join their risk department within their Birmingham city centre office.
Our client has a big reputation across the UK for their offering across a range of services and they are now seeking an additional admin assistant to join their successful risk department. Our client work with organisations of all sizes delivering a broad range of specialist legal services.
The role will be suitable for candidates with a proactive approach to problem solving, a specific interest in client service delivery and the development of best practice. Your key duties will include, but will not be limited to;
- Taking telephone calls and dealing with enquiries about risk and compliance issues
- Assisting with mail and answering queries
- Assisting with complaints management under the supervision of the risk and client services adviser keeping both the fee earner and complainant happy
- Reporting to the team on regulatory and legislative changes
- Assisting with SRA regulatory issues
You must have previous experience working within an admin assistant role within a law firm and be educated to degree level or equivalent.
