A leading global financial services company are looking for a an experienced ISDA Negotiator to join their Legal team in their office based in the City of London.
The role is likely to entail;
• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating stock lending documentation.
• Liaising with teams such as sales and client on-boarding.
• Providing legal advice through assisting internal Lawyers.
• Managing a list of ISDA and Prime Brokerage negotiations to involve clients.
This is an exciting opportunity for a derivatives Lawyer/ professional with ISDA and Prime Brokerage experience who is able to demonstrate a strong understanding of contract law and good interpersonal skills.
