Corporate & Capital Markets Associate (Mid-Level)

Mid-sized law firm, based in central London, is looking to recruit a mid-level Corporate / Capital Markets Associate with 3-6 PQE to join their highly-regarded and expanding Corporate & Capital Markets Department.

From their offices in Midtown, our client has built an enviable reputation for their work with both AIM Market and Main Market clients, and has also gained extensive overseas experience in the legal aspects of international transactions and cross-border issues.

The role will involve significant client contact, attendance at client meetings as well as the drafting of a broad range of Corporate & Capital Market documentation. Accuracy and attention to detail are therefore important, as are strong communication and negotiation skills.

The successful candidate will have gained experience of M&A work within a public environment and will also have experience of advising on AIM Market and/or Main Market listings.

Applicants must be able to demonstrate high levels of initiative and motivation, as well as the ability to take work from multiple Partners. You should be able to manage assigned tasks in an assertive, efficient and timely manner, and demonstrate the ability to work unsupervised.

This role will suit an academically strong and well-trained Corporate / Capital Markets Solicitor with c. 3-6 years’ PQE.
