In-House Legal Counsel- Structured Finance & Derivatives, Circa 2 years PQE, London

Leading financial institution is looking to add to their growing in-house legal team with the recruitment of an additional lawyer/ solicitor with circa 2 years PQE, to be based in their offices in central London. 

Role Profile:

Working as part of a larger UK-wide in-house legal team, you will provide specialist legal advice to the business, focussing on: funding programmes, ISDA, structured finance, derivatives, regulatory matters, compliance, treasury, capital markets and securitisation.  

Candidate Requirements:

Ideally, we are looking to speak with lawyers with circa 2 years PQE however candidates with less/more PQE and with relevant experience are also invited to apply.  This role would suit candidates already working within a bank or financial services organisation or equally so it would be an ideal first in-house move for a lawyer working in private practice.  Private practice lawyers working in derivatives, capital markets or structured finance team would be of particular interest.
