Property Litigation Lawyer

Highly regarded West End boutique commercial firm seeks a Property Litigation lawyer (up to 4 years PQE) to join their busy Property Litigation department. The role will initially be on a 3 month fixed term contract basis with the likelihood of growing into a permanent role thereafter.

You will be joining a busy Property Litigation department assisting a Partner on advising clients on a wide range of  commercial property litigation matters including; dilapidation disputes, forfeiture, property related professional negligence claims, contentious lease renewal proceedings, possession proceedings, injunctive relief and adverse possession claims; the ideal candidate will have the relevant previous experience within a similar type of role.

Within the corporate sphere the firm attracts motivated, driven and accomplished lawyers and is highly regarded for its international ties - consequently the work they receive is arguably on par with that of Magic Circle and Silver Circle firms.
