My client is one of the world’s largest law firms; they currently operate from over 35 offices globally and employ nearly 3500 Lawyers. Their London office has first rate working conditions with plenty of light & space. They also have an on-site fitness centre, staff restaurant and one of best benefits packages in London.

They are looking for a Billing Coordinator to provide assistance and support to the Billing team within the London Office.

Responsibilities

Partner / Fee Earner billing meetings and follow up. 

Ensuring New Matters are set up in accordance with client agreements. 

Ensuring bills are prepared in accordance with client agreements.

Amending, authorising and printing bills.

Delivering a pro-active approach in working with the collections team.

Updating and reviewing the Reports.

Providing timely and accurate feedback.

Maintaining and updating systems in a timely manner.

Candidate Profile

Previous experience of working in a billing or revenue team within a law firm.

Knowledge of a global professional services practice management system. 

The confidence to communicate with people at all levels.

Can demonstrate a keen interest to understand your clients’ priorities.

Self-starter and team player, ready to help others.
