COMPLIANCE OFFICER - MIFID II EXPERIENCE NEEDED
Our client, a leading investment bank, is looking for an experienced compliance officer to help with the implementation of MIFID II.
Main responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Working with Compliance stakeholders and change management to assess the potential impact of regulatory reform and general regulatory developments,
- Leading the development of policy and training as required for the implementation of regulatory change, in this case MIFID II
- Engaging with other regions to ensure appropriate cross border implementation of regulatory change.
Candidate Specification:
- The successful candidate will have gained experience at a major investment bank, asset manager or private bank
- You will possess knowledge of MIFID II and it's impact as well as having an excellent understanding of the UK regulatory system and EU legislation
- Experience of advising large firm-wide regulatory change programmes is highly desirable
