The successful Intellectual Property Solicitor will join a Legal 500 rated IP team acting for regional, national and often international clients. You will be based in Nottingham and join a busy team getting involved in some really interesting work with regards to trademarks, copyright infringement and other intellectual property matters.

Description
This role will be a mixture of contentious and non-contentious IP work.
As an Intellectual Property Solicitor you will advise on a wide variety of IP issues, ranging from IP transactions, advisory work and IP disputes for a diverse range of clients. You will also be encouraged to get involved in marketing activities. You will be based in Nottingham.
Profile
The successful Intellectual Property Solicitor role would suit a trainee at another Midlands law firm coming up to qualification or perhaps an NQ who is looking to relocate.
