Fraud Litigation Executive, Manchester
Our client is a successful and nationally renowned Defendant Insurance practice based in Manchester. Due to continued success in a vibrant market place they are seeking an additional Fraud Paralegal/Legal Executive/Solicitor to join their market leading, dedicated Defendant Fraud team.
You will be required to handle your own Fraud Caseload and to assist Senior Fee Earners when required. The team deals with a range of claim types including phantom passengers, staged and contrived accidents and particularly Low Velocity Impact matters.
It is essential that you have experience in dealing with litigated Fraud matters (guideline 12 months minimum). You will have excellent organisational and time management skills and be confident in entering into telephone negotiations and attending telephone conferences and applications. You will deal with matters from commencement to conclusion and ensure that they are handled in a cost effective manner whilst always adhering to court directions.
