Paralegal

Douglas Scott have recently partnered with a Financial Services business on the expansion of their In-house legal team. As such, we're looking for Paralegals with experience in a legal or financial services environment, and ideally a degree in Law.

The position will involve providing comprehensive support to a team of In-house solicitors; advising and assisting on complex financial claims, drafting a variety of legal documents, meeting with clients, managing your own caseload and the progress of cases, assisting with business development, and taking a pro-active approach to managing your own billings.

The position would be perfect for a Paralegal with around 1 years' experience in a law firm or In-house team, and it would be advantageous to have some experience in Financial Services. The business does provide training so candidates with an excellent academic record and less experience are also encouraged to apply.
