THE ROLE
A corporate solicitor with 1-5pqe is now sought to handle a broad diet of work to include company sales, acquisitions, investments, demergers, capital reductions and shareholder and regulatory matters such as shareholder agreements, LLP agreements, tax and other restructuring.
You will be working with a very strong corporate client base and a high quality corporate workload typically dealing with transactions in the £2 - £20 million range.
The current corporate team is very commercially focused and in tune with client needs, as well as having a good working knowledge of the regulatory, taxation and accounting issues that the firm's clients face.
