Derivatives Lawyer

Our client, an international consultancy firm is looking for experienced derivatives lawyers to assist them on a large scale regulatory project.

The successful candidate will be seconded to a Tier 1 or 2 investment bank and will be working alongside the banks in house legal teams. This role will involve:

• Re- Negotiating ISDAs and ISDA master agreements.
• Clearing Agreements for Exchange Traded Derivatives and Central Clearing
• Negotiating product level documents (confirmations, master confirmation agreements, GMRAs) to cover products such as total return swaps, credit default swaps, repos.

 The ideal candidate will also have relevant experience in derivatives and ISDA, alongside some experience in a top tier law firm or in-house corporate and excellent academics.
