Corporate Property - Real Estate Projects - US firm - London - 4-5 pqe - impressive NY rates of pay

We have just been briefed by this elite US firm in London on several mandates including this Corporate Real Estate role. Already well established in London the office is strategically expanding its transaction teams. An associate is required to focus on corporate real estate. Strong technical ability is assumed, 4-5 years post qualification experience is the right level .

You must be ambitious and entrepreneurial. You will advise on (i) RE joint ventures - partnerships, companies, trusts etc. (ii) acquisition/sale of RE SPV's (iii) RE loan portfolio loan sale agreements. In addition you will have some knowledge of real estate finance. Experience dealing with US clients and of leading local counsel in offshore jurisdictions (mainly Europe, Lux, CI, Cayman etc.) would also be a plus as would interest and some experience in working on both UK and European deals ( language skills helpful but not essential). You will be commercially minded and want to be part of the offices strategic growth. NY salaries.
