Legal Counsel - Holding Company

• 4 to 6 years’ PQE (UK Equivalent)
• Regional experience
• Private Practice experience

Our client is one of the largest and most successful private development companies in the region. Due to growth they are looking to add an experienced lawyer to their energetic and dynamic team. Reporting to the General Counsel, this individual will be part of the long standing legal department and will be working on a wide range of the following;

• General corporate/commercial matters
• IT, media and technology related contracts

The successful candidate will have 4 years plus PQE, corporate and commercial experience, strong drafting skills and regional experience. This is an excellent role within a highly successful organisation which not only will enable the successful candidate to work on exciting projects but also offers a lot of career progression.
