Corporate Associate - Hong Kong, NQ-7 PQE
We are currently working with a number of leading international firms who are looking to hire corporate associates to join their Hong Kong offices.
The roles will involve advising international corporations, financial institutions, insurers and many others on the full suite of corporate matters. In particular, they will involve advising on public and private M&A, joint ventures, IPOs, reorganisations and corporate governance.
Successful candidates will have experience working in the corporate team of a leading international or US firm. They will have an excellent technical and analytical ability, as well as a strong academic background. In addition to this, they will have a demonstrable interest in relocating to Hong Kong, and any language skills in either Mandarin or Cantonese would be highly desirable.
