The Role
We are now actively seeking a talented Conveyancing Paralegal for a busy CQS accredited team in the Hayes area. Able to hit the ground running, the successful Paralegal will manage a busy workload, providing assistance to fee earners in all aspects of conveyancing transactions. Areas may include: sales and purchases; remortgages; lease extensions and; transfers of equity.
The Candidate
You must be a Paralegal with a minimum of 1 years’ experience gained within Conveyancing;
You will have excellent communication and client care skills;
You will be IT Literate;
You will work well under pressure, meeting tight deadlines and maintaining high levels of accuracy;
You will be a pro-active, numerate and detail orientated.
