With particular strengths in areas including property and private client, they are now seeking an Education Solicitor.

The Role

This is an excellent opportunity for an education expert to join a specialist team on a full time, permanent basis. Acting for children and their families on a wide range of education matters, the successful Solicitor will handle a full caseload with an emphasis towards special educational needs and tribunal work including securing provisions and placements for children who have complex and multiple disabilities. It is envisaged that this role may involve some leadership duties, therefore previous experience leading an education team will be essential.

With a passion for business development and marketing, the successful Solicitor will immerse themselves within initiatives, promoting the services of the department and developing strong client relationships. The Candidate

You must be a qualified Solicitor with a minimum of five years’ PQE gained within Education;

You must have experience securing special educational provision and placements;

You will have outstanding communication and client care skills;

You will have previous team leadership experience;

You will have strong knowledge of Client Management Systems and Microsoft Office applications;

You will have a flair for business development and marketing.
