THE ROLE
This is a fantastic opportunity for a dynamic and talented Residential Conveyancing Lawyer to join our client’s flourishing and CQS accredited Property department on the Kent / South East London border. Becoming part of an established team which includes two of the firm’s partners, the successful candidate will enjoy a full and varied caseload of residential property work incorporating freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, buy-to-let, joint ownership matters. In addition, the ideal candidate will play an active role in networking and business development opportunities for the department and firm as a whole. Please quote ref. THE CANDIDATE
You will:-
Be a qualified Solicitor, Legal executive or Licenced Conveyancer with 2 years’ PQE gained within a reputable Residential Conveyancing department;
Possess excellent technical and organisational skills and be able to manage a demanding caseload with minimal supervision;
Be IT literate, a team player with excellent communication skills across all levels;
Be professional, flexible and display meticulous attention to detail.
