This leading UK law firm is looking for a financial services regulatory lawyer for its London office. They have a well-knit team that advises financial institutions, banks and insurers on the full spectrum of regulatory and commercial matters.
This role would suit a technically astute financial services lawyer with sound knowledge of UK and European regulations. The work is diverse and involves advising on FCA and PRA Rules, the FMSA Act, financial regulatory compliance, operational and strategic issues and much more.
Candidates should be qualified as a lawyer and ideally have 1+ years of post qualification experience in a good financial regulatory practice. You should have good academics and give sound commercial advice. You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
