A European leader in the technical manufacturing space is looking for an In-House counsel to take on advising multiple subsidiaries within the business group.

Headquarter in Surrey this FTSE business is growing rapidly and requires a seasoned commercial lawyer to be the go to person for a wide variety of In-House legal issues within the business and its multiple subsidiaries across Europe and Asia. Joining a small legal function and reporting into the Group Head of Legal you will be working internationally and capable of advising across a broad spectrum of work with little hand holding.

You will be ideally of an In-House background with good training, able to tackle a range of legal issues autonomously, and experienced in a variety of commercial work. Able to establish strong relationships across the business, you will be experienced in providing commercially minded solutions to a successful and fast paced business.

Ideally 10+PQE required preferably in areas including...

• Drafting, negotiating and advising on high value commercial contracts
• Competition law
• Exposure to senior stakeholders within a business
• International experience
• Working autonomously
• Be a Qualified solicitor
