A role has arisen for a contentious probate solicitor to join this highly regarded team in London.
The firm deal with a wide range of contentious probate and trust disputes, acting for individuals and leading charities including large and high profile cases.
You will either currently be a contentious trust and probate solicitor looking to join a leading them in the sector or an experienced litigator with some contentious trust and probate experience and keen to specialise in this area.
Association of Contentious Trust and Probate Specialists (ACTAPS) membership would be advantageous but isn't essential. If you don't have ACTAPS qualifications you will be given the opportunity to undertake them.
