Employment Partner / Senior Associate

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Employment Solicitor has opened up at one of the leading legal 500 firms in Central Cardiff. Due to huge increase in work and new business restructure this well-established practice are looking for an Employment Solicitor to join their Legal 500 ranked Employment team based in Central Cardiff.

The role will involve servicing the firms large Corporate and Private clients, handling both contentious and non contentious. All though there is more than enough coming into the employment team you will be expected to be actively involved in the firms business development activities.

You must be at least 7+ PQE and have experience handling a full range of employment work including non contentious and contentious, representing both respondents and claimants. A successful history of developing business is essential.
