Our client a leading national practice is looking to recruit an Associate to join their Probate team in Exeter.
The existing team, deal with a range of non-contentious probate matters, including complex matters and high value multi-million pound estates.
About You
The successful candidate will be a skilled private client lawyer, with expertise of HNW estate administration, and the ability to deal with complex work including cases where there are foreign assets and testate estates.
Day to Day
On a daily basis you will be working within a close knit team, managing a broad range of non-contentious probate matters, developing the existing work, and assisting with the continued growth of the department. You will also be tasked with supporting the Partner within the team.
