Corporate Paralegal

I am working alongside a leading firm outside of London, they are the go to firm for Lawyers looking to move out of the City. The firm are renowned for their quality of work, with an international element. They are looking for a paralegal to join their corporate team. You will be tasked with fee earning and giving transactional support in the capacity of a paralegal.

The corporate team need a paralegal to assist their fee earners. You will need to support the corporate partners and fee earners with legal and administrative assistance. This a fantastic opportunity to be involved with corporate transactions. You will be; taking notes and attending meetings, dealing with the compilation of documents, assist with due diligence, deal direct with other lawyers and clients and manage own workflow.

You will need a 2:1 and good A levels. Charted Legal Executive or part qualified would be a bonus. My client are looking for a paralegal with two years experience in corporate work. You will need to build good relationships with clients and be able to maintain them.
