Location: Essex
Contract Type: Locum
Salary: £20 - £25 per hour
Our client, a specialist firm based in Essex, is looking to recruit a Family Solicitor to join their niche practice on a full time locum basis due to a sickness cover requirement. The firm have enjoyed recent success and have established themselves in the Essex area as a well-respected firm able to deliver a high quality level of legal expertise. The role would suit a locum Family Solicitor who can commit to an ongoing role on a full time locum basis.
This opportunity will allow the locum Family Solicitor to showcase their skills and talents whilst running a caseload of matters which will include:
- 100% Privately funded matters
- Divorce
- Financial matters
- No Legal Aid matters
- Ancillary relief
- Trusts of land
Applications for this locum Family Solicitor role will be considered from qualified solicitors or equivalent with at least 5 years' PQE who have also gained experience dealing with private client and Residential Conveyancing. Ideally the locum Family Solicitor will be a member of the Resolution Panel. Secretarial support is available with this locum Family Solicitor role.
