An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Employment Paralegal to join a leading international law firm.
The role will include offering assistance to a industry leading employment team and handling a caseload of contentious employment work. You will also run your own caseload of contentious employment matters (training will be provided) and will be able to use case management systems to ensure that matters are progressed quickly and efficiently.
Further duties will include drafting relevant Tribunal documentation, as well as assisting qualified lawyers within the team where appropriate on more complex disputes.
The successful employment paralegal will be able to demonstrate sound technical / theoretical knowledge of employment law and strong experience of handling a caseload of contentious employment work.
