Residential Conveyancer

A Residential Conveyancer is wanted for an excellent opportunity on the Wirral. Salary is negotiable depending on experience.

My client is a well-established, multi service firm with an enviable reputation in the market. They are traditional in values but are modern in their approach. Due to expansion they are looking to recruit a Residential Conveyancer to handle a full caseload of registered and unregistered freehold and leasehold matters in respect of sales, purchases, re-mortgages & transfers of equity.

Applications are invited from Solicitors/Legal Executives/Licensed Conveyancers with a proven track record of handling your own caseload of Residential Conveyancing files. You'll possess excellent client care and communication skills and have previous experience handling a full caseload of mixed Residential Conveyancing matters.
